Discuss your project with your staff, draft a brief synopsis of the new project, fill out the questionnaire, and return it to us.
Your ride or attraction description provides us with the direction that your company wants to pursue. While the consulting questionnaire provides us with necessary information about your facilities, and your company. Once we have reviewed the information that you provide, we can then return the favor by providing you with an accurate and sensible quote. Our consulting services are offered as an independent service, and there are no requirements to purchase Rides, Attractions, and/or... Concessions from Denny Magic Studios in order to take advantage of this service.
However, when you do purchase any Ride or Attraction from Denny Magic Studios, please keep in mind that our design fee includes various amounts of consulting time... depending of course, which design package you select.
LOOKING TO RENOVATE? It's still very helpful to the process, so we ask that you go ahead and fill out everything that applies in a copy of our Consulting Questionnaire, and mail it back to us so we can follow-up expeditiously. A brief synopsis (including photos if available) of your intended renovation would also be very helpful to include. When we receive this information, we'll contact you to establish a date for a face-to-face meeting with you and your company's other principal decision makers. This meeting will allow us to brainstorm, and review the details that you and your staff have in mind. This also gives everyone a chance to become familiar with all the people that will be working on your project, which helps ensure that your project runs smoothly... and turns out to be successful. After we sit down together and talk over your plans, we'll be able to provide some creative input of our own. Right after that initial meeting we'll evaluate and estimate the consulting time required. And... After we speak with the sub-contractors that you've provided, or the sub-contractors we recommend, we'll be able to provide you with an estimate of the costs associated with your project. A fixed (non-refundable) deposit is required which will be used to cover initial travel expenses to your job site. This deposit is calculated according to your geographical location, and country of origin. Assuming you DMS and move forward with your project, this initial deposit will be credited towards the total consulting hours ultimately charged for your project.
