This attraction has no "Action Events" and the music that is required will only be played as incidental background music, and assembled into a "Music from the Ride" audio CD, that will be sold by the client.
We suggest that you read the Descriptor Document carefully and then listen to the songs that are already attached to this project.
We would like to have between 10 - 12 songs for the final Audio CD.

Currently this Dark-Ride only has six (6) songs attached to it. We would like to have at least 10 - 12 songs for the final Audio CD.
We do not need any lyrics as music will only be played in the background to add mystery and suspense to the ride.
As always we recommend that you read the Descriptor Document carefully, and then listen to the songs that are already attached to this project, so that your new songs are a close match to the "Horror" theme.
Think "Wicked" here; and you can't go wrong ! With this particular ride... if you could take the ride by yourself, and remain comfortable... then it is NOT scary enough !

This Dark-Ride needs at least 10 to 12 songs written. We are NOT interested in any songs that require lyrics...
However, a choir of native harmonies as represented by the background music that is played on this ride's web page would be acceptable. Leaning heavy on native rhythms might be good advice.
This ride's "Descriptor Document will tell you a great deal. Note that in areas where the faster speeds occur for the ride vehicles... music will certainly be ignored... so we suggest that you take a look at the Floor-Plan to see where the "slower" boat trip happens. Here is where music will shine! |

We need just three (3) more songs in order to 'round-out' the audio CD for this Dark-Ride. If you decide to write a song that has lyrics... try to stay away from anything too serious... Think Funny instead !
This is a character rich ride that features humorous pirates at their worst, pay attention to the themes present in the "Descriptor Document", and then focus on the "Action Events" that happen along the ride path.
Please keep in mind; a great song can appear in the final "Music from the ride - CD", and be absent from the actual ride itself. |
The Ghosts
of Halloween

This ride is intended for children and their parents.
We want "Commercial Halloween Scary"... NOT 'send you out of the building histerical scary'... so pay attention to this theme. Funny will sell in this ride ! Read the "Descriptor Document" over carefully before you submit anything.
Again... we need music to round out a complete audio CD of 10 - 12 songs. Currently we have two (2) songs with a requirement for at least eight (8) more.
As a professional composer you'll need to be able to recognize where music will enhance the ride experience for the guests. When you see a place for dialog, contact us so we can make arrangements with our writers and the voice-over people that we are working with. |
Calvin Carney's
Sensational Sideshow

NOTE: WIDE OPEN PROJECT !
This ride needs all of its music written. When you read the Descriptor Document you will see that our main character Calvin Carney will introduce each of the sideshow performers at each circus tent, and we will need to add his voice for brief segments of narration.
So any music with lyrics is a no - no.
Please make sure that your music keeps the "Circus Feel" prevalent throughout... this is the theme that we want to sustain throughout this entire ride. |
| Rickshaw Madness |
This ride has one contemporary song, and several traditional Chinese songs that we will be meshing together as we create the soundtrack for this particular ride. Overall we would like to stay away from music that sounds too modern. This is a "period piece" and that will remain the prevalent theme.
If you can write some additional songs with a "Asian" theme... we can probably shuffle them into the lineup.
We could use as many as six (6) more. Listen to the "traditional" music associated with our China Town Quick Start Package, and understand tht we will probably select most of this music to augment this package. |

If you're a fan of surf music, then this is your ride.
We have two songs right now (listen to them on the product's web page) and then come up with eight more, and we'll have enough for an audio CD.
We could use a few "Venture's Style" or a "Dick Dale Style" instrumental songs... But this is also a ride that can put some great lyrics to use as well for the character's to sing. |
Horse Sense |
This little story of two young ponies in Hawaii will be a real side-splitter. We're looking for some upbeat music to support the story, and if possible the cartoon characters.
There's also an older and wiser horse who tries to educate the youngsters, and we'll need some incidental music that can be played in the background, and we are open-minded to the concept of a song that will feature this character.
Because this particular project has no music at this time... all music ideas
will be considered. |
| The Magic Shop |
Here's a great little story where your imagination can shine... a magic box formerly owned by famous magician Robert Houdin is found in the back store house of the Golden Gate Magic Shop in San Francisco by a young fellow who is working his first job. Inside are a whole lot of REAL magical apparatus that cannot be explained. We need a mysterious theme song that can be woven into the story. |
| Master's of Magic |
Masters of Magic is an animatronic stage show that pays homage to three of magic's most famous magicians... all three realistic looking magicians perform one trick each, on stage... for each audience member that takes a seat in the little theatre.
Mystery and realism is our goal with this particular attraction. |
| 1906 Cable Car Escapade |
This is a brand new ride concept as of May 2010. It will be a wild Cable Car Ride with characteristics of a roller-coaster as the cable car goes up and over the hills of San Francisco.
Because this ride's original story has not been fleshed out, there is currently no "Descriptor Document" or "Floor Plan" to refer to.

owever... it is likely that some 'canned narrations' will accompany the movement of the cable car ride vehicles from one significant spot to another... Therefore the music should probably be written with the understanding that it needs to lean closely and support the period that the ride takes place, and unless they are exceptional... Lyrics are unnecessary.
One thing for sure is that we need a long 5 - 10 minute orchestrated song that can be "looped" so that people in the outside cue, have something to listen to while in line. |

This product needs a swingin' New Orleans Style song that can play in the background when visitors arrive at our web page that advertises this product.

Credit for writing the song is immediate, however... compensation will be paid as a 'work-for-hire' payment when this product is licensed. We are NOT interested in any music that requires lyrics for this particular selection...
